Children Policy
* Under 12 years old is free of charge in terms sharing with parents.
* No extra bed is provided. Any reservation requires for more than capacity
per bedroom (2 adults per bedroom) is suggested to reserved 2 bedrooms
villa which is more comforts for the additional member of guest.
Payment System
* A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be received by our appointed
bank account within seven (7) working days after confirmation of reservation
has been given.
* Final payment/balance must be settled the day the client checks into
the villa.
* For last minute bookings (within 2 weeks or less prior to arrival),
full payment is required upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
* A cancellation fee is applied at 50% from the total room reservation
value, if made between 8-15 days at low season and 15-30 days at high
season.
* A cancellation fee is applied at 100% from the total room reservation
value, if made between 0-7 days at low season and 0-14 days at high season.
* In case, no show, full duration of the total amount of stay will be
imposed automatically.
* Final payments are non-refundable
