SPECIAL RATES
Check-in time is 13.00 pm; Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Day use up to 6 pm with 50% off the room rate. Only 1 child up to age of 11 years may share an existing bed with parents without additional payment. Baby cot is free of charge. CANCELLATION POLICY Notice of cancellation must be received by MSBV in writing.

* Without any charge 16 days before the check-in date
* Between 15 days and 8 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
* Between 7 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
* No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value

• High Season
* Without any charge 31 days before the check-in date
* Between 30 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
* Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
* No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value


Terms & Conditions
Day use
* Extend the check-out time until 15:00 is subject to availability.
* Late check-out after 15:00 is subject to space with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate.
* Full one night rate will be applied for check out after 20:00.

Children Policy
* Under 12 years old is free of charge in terms sharing with parents.
* No extra bed is provided. Any reservation requires for more than capacity per bedroom (2 adults per bedroom) is suggested to reserved 2 bedrooms villa which is more comforts for the additional member of guest.


Payment System

* Cash, credit card (Visa Card, American Express, Master Card) or Travelers checks are accepted.
* A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be received by our appointed bank account within seven (7) working days after confirmation of reservation has given.
* Final payment/balance must be settled the day the client checks into the villa.
* For last minute bookings (within 2 weeks or less prior to arrival), full payment is required upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
* A cancellation fee is applied at 50% from the total room reservation value, if made between 8-15 days at low season and 15-30 days at high season.
* A cancellation fee is applied at 100% from the total room reservation value, if made between 0-7 days at low season and 0-14 days at high season.
* In case, no show, full duration of the total amount of stay will be imposed automatically.
* Final payments are non-refundable
